Paint & Pick at Charleston Farm

Experience an evening surrounded by colourful blooms at Charleston Farm as The Makery Co host a unique Paint & Pick workshop. With the picturesque Adelaide Hills as a backdrop and a sunset to enjoy, you'll paint your own vase and pick a beautiful bunch of seasonal blooms to fill it.

During this 2.5-hour session, you’ll have the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted vase that reflects your personal style, while learning tips and techniques from our expert instructors. Following your painting session, explore the blooms of the flower patch and pick your favourite flowers to compliment your vase arrangement - perfect for a beautiful at-home display or as a heartfelt gift.

This experience is tailored for flower lovers who want to get creative!

• A guided workshop hosted by The Makery Co to paint and personalise a vase
• A popular Pick Your Own experience at Charleston Farm, picking seasonal blooms to arrange and take home. Expect late summer blooms like cosmos, dahlias, zinnias and more!

Additional Information:

• What to Wear: The workshop will be outdoors, dress comfortably for a warm summer evening, keeping in mind that temperatures may cool down later. We recommend light, breathable clothing and bringing a cosy layer just in case. Clothes should be suitable for painting. 
• Venue Rules:
  • No Glass, No Pets: To protect the flower fields, we kindly ask you to leave pets at home and refrain from bringing glass items.
  • Leave No Trace: Please take all food and drink containers and other rubbish with you when you leave.
  • Non-Smoking Venue: Charleston Farm is a smoke-free environment.
