Let the magic of cacao set your creativity free!

This workshop has been a passion project of mine. I wanted to create an experience that helped individuals break through the fear of creating...the worry of judgement...those feelings of not being good enough or worthy enough to express themselves artistically.

In this special 4 hour retreat I welcome you into the magical space of my home studio, and assist you on your journey to connect with your creative spirit.

On arrival, you are greeted with an ancient smudging ritual and may enjoy a comforting cup of herbal tea as you settle into sacred space.

Guests will then have the opportunity to pull an Oracle Card and lean into the messages of support that come through, readying you for the creative afternoon ahead.

Next, we move to the Ceremonial Cacao Bar, where you are invited to intuitively choose from a selection of herbs and spices to blend into your own unique brew. Each herb and spice represent a specific intention that will aid in opening your heart, mind, and soul, supporting you on your creative path.

Then we take part in a short, guided meditation to calm and soothe our mind and energy, shedding the stresses of daily life and inviting inspiration into our heart.

Guests then take a short break as the space is transformed and readied for a guided abstract art experience. Here I can assist you as little or as much as you need. I am there to help break down barriers that may present themselves along the way, tap into your inner artist and reconnect creativity with JOY!

Retreat runs for approximately 4 hours. 

Artist Studio address is provided on purchase of tickets. Suburb - Echunga SA.

My home studio is a BYO venue, so please feel free to bring any nibbles or a favourite drink to enjoy throughout the workshop. In other occasions I do encourage bringing along your favourite alcoholic bevvy, but in this particular workshop I suggest leaving the bubbles at home. Alcohol can inhibit the effect of cacao, so it is best served on it's own. 

Ceremonial Cacao is organic, dairy free, sugar free and can be vegan if requested. Please email me if you have any dietaries.
